- отличное местоположение на стыке верхнего и среднего парков
- своя ухоженная территория
- своя парковка на территории
- хорошая лечебная база
- внимательный и квалифицированный персонал
- собственные бюветы
- кое-какая развлекательная программа включена
- в бассейн нужно выезжать и мало мест в группе а свой закрыт на ремонт
- требуется капитальный ремонт части зданий но в целом отдыху не мешает
