GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT HOTEL

Здание отеля было построено в конце 18-го - начале 19-го века сэром Франком Свиттенхамом, первым генеральным резидентом колониальной Малайи, в качестве официальной резиденции. Позже оно использовалось для проживания губернатора британских владений на Малайском п-ве и других прославленных исторических деятелей Малайской Федерации. С 1904 до 1941 года здание служило резиденцией для высокопоставленных британских представителей в малайских государствах. Сейчас – это один из самых роскошных бутик-отелей Куала-Лумпур с ухоженными зелеными лужайками, шикарными номерами в викторианском стиле, оснащенными по последнему слову техники, ресторанами и банкетными залами.
