Good afternoon, dear hotel The Desert Rose Resort 5* representatives! We stayed in your hotel from 2/11 till 11/11/2014 (2 adults + 1 child). This year we're planning to come to Egypt again, and thinking about staying in your hotel. We have three questions: 1) we're going to arrive to Egypt 25-26 of July, is it hot injuring that period? What is the average water and air temperature in Hurghada? Is it windy as it was in November? And what about night? 2. Are there will be any complimetns provided for us as repeaters? If so, what should we do to get them? 3. Our travel agency offers only a 9 nights (10 days) vacation, but we would like to stay 13 nights (14 days). Is it possible to arrange? Is it possble to stay in your hotel for mor than 9 nights? How can it be arranged? Thank you in advance for your answers.
