Ужасное разочарование
Начнем с того, что я в первый раз в своей жизни видела и слышала, чтобы персонал говорил гостям отеля «заткнись», а бывала я во многих отелях. Сказать, что я в шоке - ничего не сказать. Видимо генерального менеджера отеля это не очень удивляет, так как никакой реакции от него не поступило.
Надеюсь , что собственники отеля предпримут меры. Еда очень скудная и невкусная. Из фруктов были...
