Здравствуйте хотел узнать у вас я прилечу 10мая с дочкой и женой в ваш отель на 16 дней что то очень много плохих отзывов об отели а что небуть делается для улучшения сервиса и номеров,заранее спосибо за ответ просто мая маленькая дочка ей 3 годика летит всвой первый отдых и не хочется что бы он испортился.

Уважаемый Ayman Khalifa, очень жду вашего ответа.Мы Osipova и Titov ,пиезжаем в отель 09.04.2015 по 17.04.2015 , у нас появились еще вопросы, а именно ,можно ли продлить номер на несколько часов,так как самолет обратно у нас в 19.20 ,и сколько это будет стоить.С уважением ваши будущие посетители.

Обращаюсь к персоналу отеля, приобрела тур на апрель,со мной будет очень пожилой человек,мой папа, ему 87лет,теперь очень переживаю из -за отзывов.В прошлом году мы были в Хургаде в Festival все понравилось, сможем ли мы найти номер на 1 этаже ,не совсем убитый,у папы больные ноги. Не надо туда ехать с таким маленьким ребенком. Питьевая вода не выдается и в кулер она наливается неизвестно откуда. Из ресторана выносить ничего нельзя, да и в самом ресторане для взрослых трудно найти, что покушать, а для ребенка тем более + полная антисанитария.

My clients MINEEVA LEISAN,MINEEV KAMIL reservation number 1216917 and SELIANINA ELENA, SELIANIN MAKSIM, SELIANINA ALEKSANDRA- reservation number 1216923, will stay in your hotel from 7/03 till 17/03. They'll stay with children (1 and 2 years old). I've read a lot of negative reviews about your hotel and I'm very worried. Please, provide us rooms 501, 502, 503 or 600. Please, check our reservation.
