Купили тур по системе "ALL". узнали, что надо было покупать "ALL CLUB", но уже доплатить нельзя, только на месте.

Здравствуйте, хотелось бы узнать про интернет в отеле поподробнее, есть ли бесплатный, сколько стоит платный?
Так же хотелось узнать стоимость платных услуг ( сауна, и т.д.) возможно какой-нибудь прейскурант увидеть.
А так же узнать о возможности использования банковской карты (у меня Master Card от сбербанка).
