Проектирование и постройка оригинального отеля заняла три года, однако результат превзошел все ожидания - оригинальные очертания крыши и система труб создают атмосферу старинной городской ратуши, а округлая форма зимнего сада, террасы и балконы завершают гармоничный образ здания.
