We appreciate your overall positive remarks and are happy to hear that you enjoyed the accommodation, beach, and cleanliness of the property. However, we apologize for any disappointment you experienced with regards to our cuisine. We take all guest feedback seriously and will thoroughly investigate the issues you raised in order to make improvements for future stays. Rest assured that we will address each point mentioned in your review. We understand the importance of a satisfying dining experience and strive to provide a variety of high-quality options for our guests. Your comments regarding poor ventilation, poorly cooked rice, lack of spices and seasonings, dry turkey, bland pasta, absence of a grill or pizza, appearance of kitchen staff, fish cooked in sauce instead of being fried separately, diluted wine pours and menu availability at our ala carte restaurant are valuable insights that will help us enhance our culinary offerings. We assure you that we will take immediate steps to rectify these concerns so that they do not recur in the future. Our aim is always to exceed your expectations during every aspect of your stay with us. Please note that we have forwarded your review directly to our hotel management team who will respond promptly with their feedback regarding the changes and improvements planned for September-October.
