Now I’m in hotel. When I made reservation the amount for 7 nights was 34000AED, when I come to hotel, I payed 38000AED, the personal on registration doesn’t know why amount was changed. I have paid for the imperial room ocean wiev, but hotel give me the room not ocean wiev. I think that not five star hotel service.
