Dear Ms. Oksana, Have a nice day We had read your comments abourt our hotel and we had investigated all our in house guest during the period which you had mentioned but unfortunately we didn't find your name also 1205 during that period was occupied by an other company, the honesty deserve when we cratisize any place to say the truth and not creating stories about insects and putting pictures from the internet, as we have out side company for fighting the insects and to control all insects in the rooms or all other outlets, by using the materials which matches the enviornmental conditions and not harmfull for the human being. Also if you faced any problem why you didn't inform our reception or guest relation or even your tour leaders. We thank you for your comments but we suspect that you were at our hotel. Dear Mr. Alekse, Have a nice evening First of all we thank you very much for visiting our hotel during the period from 07.07.2014 till 17.07.2014 as you had mentioned, and we had investigated all our records with reception and guest relation concerning any complaint received from your side but we didn't find any thing and the only name aleksei was in room 1534 with wife and 2 kids. All what we want from our clients who visit our hotel to say the truth and no need for any fals information during your stay there were more than 600 Russian clients most of them repeaters for more than three times. For any negative comments no need for creating stories and mention very strange complaint concerning flies, all inclusive system is self service and the barman pour the dirnks from bottles in front of you so how come if somthing drop in your glass immediately go to the bottom !!!!!!!!!! It seems that you complaining from every thing even from your tour leaders also you mentined that we don't animation team although we have multiligual animation team doing their programs every day and night, also we brought from out side folkloric show twice times per week So please when you write any comment be honest and write the truth We hope to see you again at our hotel Thank you Hotel Management |

Dear Mrs. Galina, Have a nice day Realy we feel sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay with us from 25.03.2014 till 04.04.2014 so we had checked your comment carefully and we had investigated all what you had mentioned and we found the following: You had arrived to our hotel at 10:25 a.m. and immediately you had received your bungalow 1819 overlooking to the sea and the swimming pool and when you had asked for another bungalow near to the main beach we changed your room to 1915 first row to the beach and overlooking to sharm el arab bay ( main sandy beach ) and when you asked for heating swimming pool you had informed that the weather in egypt is hot and swimming pool heating time from 15 December till 01 March every year But we found that you had mentioned some comments about the hotel which was not true even our saandy beach you mentioned it was not comfortable for the children which was the first time we hear some comments like yours. Also you mentioned that you had walked two hours to reach the beach although your room is direct located to the beach and there is stairs in front of your room which take only 5 minutes as maximum to reach the the most far point of our beach. Also you had mentioned the greenary was rae or few although we have more than 22000 trees and more than 700 palm trees also more than 1800000 square meters grass. We hope to see you again at our hotel to give us the chance to remove any bad feeling about our hotel Thank you Hotel Management |

Dear Mr. Dmitry, Have a nice day First of all we thank you for coming to our hotel and spending your vacation From your description to the location of the room we reached that you were in building 1100 and we had checked the maintenance order for the whole month of June 2014 but we didn't find any problem concerning water from the shower for more than 2 hours as you had mentioned and we found that one room was complaining from water coming from the aircondition and already fixed within 20 minutes. Concerning food and fruits we have 14 days cyclical menus and the fruits will be available according to the season , concerning the attitude of the staff if happened any problem from any employee of the hotel we as management takes the decision at the same time and it could reach to loosing the job of the employee and it is not accepted at all to descrbe any human being by any bad word and we respecting every one. Concerning the plasic cups were used by the beach area and swimming pool area due to safety reasons. Concerning the meneral water our all inclusive system starts from 10:00 a.m. till midnight and the water despincers are every were self service and the Aurora bar down to the reception is giving one large bottle of meneral water to each one while he is going to the room and this is the first time we hear that problem could happend . Dear Sir we found that you are exaggerating too much and if there was any problem why you didn't the management before you leave. Thanks |

Dear Sir and Madame, Have a nice day We had investigated your comment about our hotel and we thank you for staying with us for 10 nights from the third of April till thirteen of April 2014 and we had checked all the log books for our reception , night manager and guest relation during your stay and we found only one compaint at the second day of your arrival concerning concerning hot water and fixed within 20 minutes and we didn't find any other complaint concerning the room or the restaurant or even any request for changing the room. You had mentioned that your room was bad and there was many defects in the room and the room was two separate beds but that was not correct because the room in which you had stayed for 10 nights was 1107 at the upper floor with full sea view recently renovated and KING SIZE BED. During your stay our hotel was running average 50% which means our silverware , china ware and glass ware is more than enough during that period and there was no complaint received concerning that subject from any client. Concerning our animation team we have multilingual animation team working on daily basis day time by the beach area and night time at our amphi theatre . It was better for us to know your problem before you leave to give us the chance to solve it before you leave like the hot water which had been mentioned and solved. We hope to see you again at our hotel and we will do our best to remove any bad feeling might occur. Thank you Hotel Management |

Dear Mr. Rinat, Have a nice day First of all we thank you for your coming to our hotel for three times and the last time you had been accommodated at standard room according to your request. the room was at the second foor with balcony full sea view although the check in time at 14:00 hrs we made check in for your good self at 07:30 a.m. and as regular guest we had sent to your room large fruit basket as kind of welcome for our regular guest, we assigned your room as VIP for our staff and instead of receiving good comment from your side we surprised by the score which you mentioned 2.7 without any guide lines all what we understood from you that there was problem between you and your company tour leader, concerning the mosquitos which you had mentioned kindly be informed that we have pest control company for treatment and they are using materials not harmful for health and safety. we had checked all our log books with the reception and guest relation concerning any comment from your side but we didn't find any thing and as our regular guest it was expected to inform us by any problem before you leave and not waiting till you return home in order to give us the chance to solve the problem. Отель сильно сдал за год. Если бы не бухта, то 3 звезды, расположенные у черта на рогах.
We as hotel management really feel very sorry for what had been written about our hotel and we found that our clients is telling big stories in every thing although he had mentioned in the beginning that he had contacted our guest relation and she already assigned their room according to their request at the fifth floor and then he was describing another room for an other guest which was bunglow 1617 as he mentioned , then he complained that the aircondition was not working and the weather in the room was very hot, when he described the swimming pool we found him complaining that the water was too cold how come he complined at the same time from the air condition in the room was hot and the water is cold!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. we as management we found that if the client was right in some points concerning the Easter period but he was exaggerating too much in the rest of the review and we didn't agree with him at all as we have many repeater clients come to our hotel more than one time a year and we know it is very difficult to satisfy every one but we will do our best to solve any problem if we informed through the clients' stay and not after leaving. Realy we feel sorry that Irina and Anna didn't enjoy their stay at our hotel but it seems that they are much exaggerating in many points and how come they find the hotel staff friendly and they at the same time don't like the Russian !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! our hotel is working with one of the bigest company in the Russian market and during April 2014 there was more than 60% Russian at our hotel and we have 2 resident tour leader from the company plus our reception and guest relation staff and if we received any single complaint for sure we follow up and our target to keep our clients to come back and to feel like they are at their second home, concerning the rooms our standard room is 44 square meterrs and our bungalow is 50 square meters which means they are spacious enough to put the third bed. And if Ms. Irina and Anna reported their complaint to the hotel management or the company tour leader of course there wasa solution but we didn't agree for their exaggeration in some points thank you hotel management |
