Нелегально переоборудованная квартира

Господа, так называемый отель "Посадский двор" - на самом деле нелегально переоборудованная квартира. Владелица - Ольга Щербакова также прорубила с 1 этажа квартиры лаз в подвал, который захватила и устроила там сауну. "Отель" закрыт решением суда, которое владелица не исполняет. Администрация Петроградского р-на с полицией опечатало помещение, заварило двери, перерезало трубы, коммуникации. Много раз приезжало телевидение, снимало сюжеты о скандальном объекте. Всё есть в интернете. Сухой остаток: если кто рискнёт поселиться в таком отеле - не получит не жилья, ни денег. Данный "отель" полностью незаконный, закрыт по решению суда. Квартира на контроле у полиции. Не рискуйте!
