Gural Premier Tekirova 5*

After our vacation in 2014 here, we decided that it was of no use trying to find something else compared to this hotel, so we came back this year.

Everything was nice as the year before, compliments for the gala dinner that was great! Also the children entertainment was very good. But this year there were some things:

- The waiters at the centre bar were very slow. It was like there was no one in charge, and no one wanted to work (not all days but more than a few days). There were in the morning more than once 4-5 tables sitting, and 4 waiters at the bar doing nothing. We waited more than 25 minutes and then decided to get our coffee ourselves. At the bar nearer to the beach in the evening before the show waiters were watching videos at their mobile phones while people were waiting. No structure and too many waiters (doing less and less). The waiters at the central restaurant were very fast and hard working.

- The staff at the swimming pool, also here you could see life guards not on their chairs but in groups together, chatting. And no, this wasn't in their lunch break. One of the men called Yusin (dressed white shirt, not a life guard) even approached me in an inappropriate way, speaking to me in Turkish when he knew I couldn't understand what he was saying and looking at me in a way that made me feel uncomfortable.

The accommodation is very nice, but the people working there need some extra training this year. Next year we will go to another place, but it was a pleasure to be here.
