A pleasant hotel!
Good afternoon! I want to expose my opinon upon the vacantion in ex. Asteria Club Belek (this name the hotel had when we visited it in 2018). What are the pluses of this hotel, I like the teritory, it's green and large, the food were at the high level.I first time saw how the cooks and the restaurant stuff threw out all the food that were placed for all inclusive tables, maybe once in 2 or 3 days, at the end of the supper.All the the food displayed, exept for bread and baked items (like differnt kinds of buns, croissants). The night shows also were at the high level, every day a new group of dancers or shows appeared. An agreable moment was the existence of a patissery.You could find there a large variety of cakes and some kinds of ice cream. A la cart restaurans, we visited Chinese and Italian, both are worthy to attend (the photoes are attached).We liked very, very much the Italian Restaurant. The service was very, very good (the same in Chinese A la cart).The meals were amasing. The cheerful moment was Limoncelo, in bars you can't find it. The beverages in general were good, some import were free, at the Lobby was only Turkish local alchool. Now I want to enumerate the minuses. First of all the rooms, they are very small, our family saw 3 or 4 rooms
situated on differnt kinds of location on differnt levels (the bungalows has 3 levels), and the choise was very hard. I must mention here, that the manager was very kind of us, and helped us in this complicated decision. The rooms also had an unpleasant smell (on the ground floor- they had a humidity and mold, in others floors it could be a smell of kids -a mix of urina,sweating and food. But the problem of these smells are not only in rooms themselves, the problem were in the cleaning staff, that worked in an unclear timetable. It wasn't clear,they didn't manage to do their work beacause of overcrowded hotel, or they didn't want to work. In our room they came at 3.00pm when we had rest, I managed to change only the towels and asked the shampoo and soap that was all. The stuff cleaned our room in 5 days maybe one or two times.I didn't like the sistem of giving- receiving of beach towels.The timetable is strictly, only with cards. I didn't like the barmen of the beach restaurant and from the central bars.They poured a very little portion of alchool (I drank gin tonik), and were very angry when you came back form onather portion.This spoiled my impression about this hotel and about vacantion. In spite of the fact that was nearly the end of the June, the hotel was overcowded. The central bars were so difficul to serve, it seemed to be a rush and agitation, every one wanted something, the barmen were exausted, and sometime signored the staying asks, a lot of people and kids stayed around, screaming, laughting, talking in a loud voices- too many people concentrated in a not a very large area. The same disagreeble feelings were at the Odessa pool, on the seaside.The idea of the pool is very interesting, when I had seen it on the photoes before I visited the hotel, I was dreaming how I relaxing in silence, swiming with my beloved in the pool with a vision to the sea at the sunset.In reality, it was plenty of noisy kids,you could never find a free shezlongs and aroud the pool was almost dirty, water with sand and not only. The cleaning stuff simply didn't manage to clean up all the mess. Maybe, it would better to visit this hotel in another month of the year, like October,but not everybody can allow this thing.In general, it's a fine hotel. It was family with kids concept.
