Getting to know the Executive Chef Ahmed Mukhthar
We stayed at the hotel for 13 days in July. We really liked the hotel—it was beautiful with lots of greenery. I especially want to mention that in the restaurant, each room had its own assigned table. We didn’t go on any excursions because the sea was mostly rough at that time. The only tour we took was through a local garden deep on the island. There, we met the head chef. He personally led the tour and told us about his garden—the fruits and vegetables grown there were served in the dining room. The chef is an incredible person! He is completely devoted to his craft, and you can immediately tell he’s a true professional. All the dishes were very tasty, and he gladly took all our requests and suggestions. We really appreciated such attentive service.
