The best hotel
My stay at Rixos Radamis was an overall very positive experience, and I’d highly recommend it for families or couples looking for a lively, luxurious resort.
What I loved:
• The hotel grounds and rooms are modern, spacious, and impeccably maintained. The landscaping feels fresh and inviting.
• The food options are impressive. From the main buffet to the à la carte restaurants, there is variety, and the flavors are generally excellent.
• The kids’ club (“Kids Town”) is beyond expectations — it feels like a mini-world with activities, labs, workshops, and its own buffet. It’s a dream for children and gives parents a chance to relax. 
• The staff are friendly and helpful. I had several interactions where they went out of their way to assist, and small issues were handled promptly.
• The location is convenient: it’s close to Shark’s Bay and a short drive from Naama Bay. The hotel’s private beach setup and shuttle make beach access easy.
Rixos Radamis delivers a strong, high-end resort experience. Its strengths in ambiance, food diversity, children’s facilities, and general hospitality make it stand out. If you choose a quieter room and manage expectations about occasional service lapses, you’re likely to have a very enjoyable stay.
