I want to give special thanks to these people, because these people in my eyes put in the extra effort and were overall really good staff of the hotel: Ahmed Elsayed, Mahdy Mohamed, Mr Youssef, Hossam Hossaed(Front office manager assistant), the lady in Guest Relation Assistant, Entertainment team lead and the two guys under it, one of them being Bacardi. Also the guy who is walking around up and down to the beach and back asking if they want anything to drink. Also Isaac Habib was really friendly and helpful with the luggage and introduction. The shows were really good and big thanks to the team who organised them. Overall the staff here was really great and helpful even when helping with the umbrellas and everything. They also had a tennis court free of charge during daytime when it was not dark and we really liked that. Most hotels want extra charge. The design of the hotel is really nice and we liked that it is super close to the beach, 100m distance. I want to say one more thank you to everything here. The architecture and lobby staff were amazing and everythinf was just amazing. Dont have a single bad word to say about this hotel. The location was really close to the old town and it was easy to get there.
