    Месторасположение: Отель Pestel Inn расположен в отдельно-стоящем трехэтажном здании в самом центре Санкт-Петербурга. Здание было построено в начале ХIХ веке в 1795 году и было одноэтажным , в 1877 году он был надстроен на один этаж архитектором Мясоедовым Н.А.. Сменив несколько владельцев, участок в конце прошлого столетия перешел к потомственному почетному гражданину, члену городской управы Г. И. Дурнякину , который сам не жил здесь. Напротив отеля находится Храм Святого Великомученика и Целителя Пантелеймона в стиле барокко, построенный как храм-памятник боевой славы российского флота, в знак благодарности за две морские победы в Северной войне - при Гангуте 27 июля 1714 г.
