в этом отеле воруют деньги у гостей
Отанавливались на новогодние каникулы в отеле Нова парк в Шардже. Расположение отеля отличное - в центре, рядом набережная, рынок и магазины. Но омрачило поездку воровство служащих отеля. Из номера украли 100 долларов, которые были в кошельке, в сумке. В тот день, когда украли деньги, номер не убирали(можно было посмотреть по камерам кто заходил в номер). Попросили гида от Корал Тревел вызвать полицию - он долго вел переговоры с администратором на ресепшене отеля и в итоге, ответил нам, что сотрудники отеля не хотят нам помогать в этой ситуации и мы должны сами ехать в полицию на такси и писать там заявление. Мы не разговариваем на английском и на следующее утро у нас был уже вылет домой. Поэтому вернулись с испорченным настроением и материальным убытком. Никому не советую этот отель, т.к. в нем нет понятий о гостеприимстве, комфорте гостей и их безопасности. к слову сказать, убирались в номере плохо, полотенца меняли выборочно, а на диван и кресла садиться вообще страшно, их не чистили видимо никогда.

Отель вроде такой семейный, спокойный. Столько с детьми. Славится как цена/качество.... :(

Добрый день, турист из Ростова-на-Дону. Вы оставляете опровержение под каждым негативным отзывом об этом отеле. Видимо есть заинтересованность в этом отеле. Может вы там работаете? Отзыв мною написан для того, чтобы наши туристы не расслаблялись и держали деньги в сейфе. Так же и мы делали. Случайно в кошельке оставили небольшую сумму 120 долларов и оставили сумку, уехав на пляж. Поэтому и пропажу обнаружили сразу. В эмиратах не первый раз и даже не ожидали такого в спокойной стране. P.S. Как то вы остро не любите москвичей)), видимо что то личное? То что я из Москвы не означает, что там родилась. Вы не знаете, что в Москве 90% приезжих, и из Ростова-на-Дону в том числе....

I have read this comment in detail and on the behalf of hotel would like to post a reply. I am Assistant Front Office Manger in Nova Park and was the part of investigating team which was looking at this matter. We checked all the logs and investigated the room boy who was responsible for cleaning of the room. We checked that room boy's previous record to dig deep if he was culprit in stealing the money ( If it happened). Upon investigating the matter we found that the boy got a appreciation letter from a previous property for returning 3300 USD and he had a certificate for this. We thoroughly investigated this matter but did not find any proof of stealing the money and the boy who cleaned the room was only person who went in the room to clean it. There was no hundred dollar bill with him neither in his pockets nor in his accomodation at same time of report. I don't blame the guest that they are not true but despite all efforts and investigation there was no proof of theft. Even we connected the guests to police station in front of their guide if this was satisfying for them. But they were required to go to police to register the complain which they did not. Regarding the room cleaning we never received any complaint from them during their stay. They booked for a standard suite and we upgraded them in a deluxe suite free of charge. We have done every thing possible to satisfy them but it was unfortunate. We still apologize for this rough incident in the end.

Thank you for your answer. It wasn't even the money, that mattered, but that there're dishonest people in your team. You should always call the police if the case like that occurs, you even have the tourist's police, but you didn't do it. It seemed to us that you were afraid to do this in front of us and our guide did almost nothing to help us.
We put our money in safe during the whole stay and we had just little money in our wallets, so the stealing was obvious to us, because we didn't take the wallet with us that day. So I won't recommend anybody to stay in your hotel and won't come back myself. Anyway thank you for investigation.
