Of good things you can read elsewhere. What concerns negative sides...

1. Furniture is old, flecked carpets are smelly.

2. Breakfasts are tedious, repetitive, and you get fed up in three days with them.

3. The wind is normally 45 km/h, constantly blowing, making the beach totally useless.

You need to ramble to the Eastern side of city to enjoy the sea.

4. Walls are thin, not soundproof.

Of course you can survive, however there more happy places to stay at in Rhodes.
