Отель ужасный, это кошмар, испорченный отпуск. 1. Номера старые, все ломается, розетки не работают, сейф тоже, двери не закрываются, очень долго все ремонтируют, вы это время ждете в номере/ на ресепшене, меняла номер три раза, и каждый раз не работало что-то, более того сгорел зарядник от телефона в номере! 2. Куба - это океан

Отдыхала одна в марте 2023 года. На Кубе первый раз, начитавшись отзывов, реально ожидала худшего, но так как ехала за океаном, то и отдых удался отличным) Сам отель понравился, но только если вы живете в белых домиках, территория красивая и большая, есть где погулять и полежать в гамаках под пальмами. Всем привет!Я сама являюсь турагентом и очень тщательно выбирала отель,так как ехала с семьёй.У нас в приоритете был океан и бесконечный пляж,зелёная территория с пальмами,бунгало,чистота номеров,бар на пляже,зона комфортного вечернего отдыха,кофейня,сервис ,наличие фруктов и нормальное питание,на Кубе с питанием небольшая проблема,это не секрет☺️,так как они ещё не умеют вкусно...

ОСТАЛИСЬ ДОВОЛЬНЫ.

Размещение. Нам повезло, нашу семью разместили в двухкомнатном номере. Хотя покупали стандарт. При этом ни о чем не просили, не платили. 11 корпус. Комнаты ооочень большие, хотя номер 'видавший виды'. кондиционер в каждой комнате, рабочий, холодильник, фен, утюг, гладильная доска.

Хороший отель, но только с браслетом Roc Plus!

2 дня назад вернулась из отеля. Нас было 3 подруги, каждая в Сингл. Если коротко – то понравилось и советую, НО только с браслетом ROC Plus!!
А теперь подробнее обо всем)

Привилегии Roc Plus ( на 11 ночей разница была в копейки 9000 руб\чел)
* Экспресс-регистрация ( нас приехало 5 человек 3 + 2 . На рецепе было 3 человека, поэтому всех приняли экспресс)

Хороший отель для отдыха

В отеле ROC ARENAS DORADAS отдыхала с 09 по 16.04.2024.
Конечно, начитавшись отзывов не только об этом отеле, а в целом о ситуации с сервисом на Кубе была настроена на худшее.
А по итогу стало даже обидно от того, как незаслуженно много плохих отзывов у такого хорошего отеля.
По порядку:
- персонал вежливый и внимательный, от ресепшена до простого работяги, который помогал мне прогнать...

Находимся здесь сейчас(слово отдыхаем не подходит). Хуже отеля не видела. Есть с чем сравнить, на той же Кубе. Есть абсолютно нечего. Нет даже элементарного хлеба. На завтраки можете не приходить , а спокойно спать. Ради очереди за невкусной яичницей просыпаться рано точно не стоит. Про чай кофе отдельный разговор.
