Rooms:
There are 26 rooms in the hotel; they overlook our garden and some of them have a large terrace too. We’ve created a simple and comfortable environment in every room, so you can enjoy your relaxing time and appreciate the ancient villa peculiarities.

We have single, double, triple and quadruple rooms. In each room you can find heating, fan, TV, phone. There is also an useful elevator to go down to the restaurant or to the garden.

Food:
Your stay in our 2 star hotel will help you appreciating the typical Genova and Liguria cookery. The restaurant, placed on the ground floor of our historical villa, suggests local specialties from Riviera Ligure (and from Italy as well): we recommend trofie and trenette with pesto, pansoti with nut sauce, mesciua and fish courses. Everything is enriched by our unique basil and Riviera Ligure di Levante aromatic herbs flavours.

Our wine list also meets to the requirements of a down home restaurant: a selection of Liguria and Italy wines will be served with your meals.

Infrastructure:
Genova has recently discovered a tourist vocation, which expanded far beyond the traditional vacation places (like our district of Nervi, or Quinto, or the closest areas). Thanks to the intense tourism and entertainment policy, which is very oriented at cultural events, the city appointment schedule is full of occasions not to be missed.

Everything, of course, is supported by the town History that, with some recent restorations and the continuous developments, will allow you to cover 1000 years of History , even staying in the same district.

Genova is a wonderful town, and if you don’t know it, you’ll get stunned by it.

Historical and cultural destinations go with fun and scientific popularisation, through the famous Genova Acquarium, Genova Museums and the Porto Antico area, which, especially during the warm season, hosts interesting musical performances and entertaining events, and also gives hospitality to resident activities for the children – a.e. the Città dei Bambini.

Villa Bonera is the ideal starting (and arriving!) point both to visit the city and to enjoy your stay at the sea or on the wonderful neighbouring districts’ beaches; very close to us you could find Bogliasco, Pieve Ligure, Camogli, up to Santa Margherita and the King of Riviera di Levante: the Portofino promontory; much further you could find Sestri Levante (don’t miss the Baia del Silenzio) and Cinque Terre. These are unique sites, and we’ll help you to discover them!

Additional information:
Villa Bonera is a big 16th Century manor villa, and it’s been a hotel since 1850.

The building still has got the original flooring, frescos and decorations. The garden of the manor villa, reminder of the huge 17th Century park, surround the hotel with its flowers and trees, and it’s fully accessible; it could also be used for breakfasts during the warm season. Right in front of the entrance there is the parking for our guests.
