Villa Phaedra is a beautiful sea front villa with 7 bedrooms and sleeps up to 14 persons. It is located in Tersanas on the Akrotiri peninsula in western Crete.

Tersanas is a small seaside village with a lovely, sheltered sandy beach. There are a few tavernas and small supermarket but within 1km the village of Chorafakia has tavernas, and a couple of supermarkets.

If you wish to spend your days at the beach or by the pool and relax in a modern Mediterranean environment, then Villa Phaedra is the perfect place for your next holiday and an unforgettable stay in Crete.

PHAEDRA VILLA ACCOMMODATION

There are 7 bedrooms and all but one has an en suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath or Jacuzzi shower. Each has satellite TV and air conditioning. One of the bedrooms is very spacious and has one double bed and two twin beds which can be closed off by an interconnecting door, thus making 2 bedrooms. An open plan fully equipped kitchen is situated on the ground floor along with the main living room. There is also a kitchenette on the lower pool level which is very useful for the preparation of snacks & meals or even a BBQ perhaps whilst you are relaxing by the pool.

Flowers and shrubs surround the villas as well as a lawn by the stone built BBQ. A pergola covers a table and chairs lends itself perfectly for al fresco dining.

Pool Level

There are 2 entrance doors to the house. A door leads to the kitchenette and two of the bedrooms, whilst the other serves the adjoining bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 & 2: these rooms interconnect and have a shared en suite bathroom, chest of drawers, wardrobe, sofa, arm chair, balcony/terrace, TV. One room has twin beds and the other a King size bed which can also be made into twin beds.
Bedroom 3: King size bed (can be made into twin beds), wardrobe, chair; TV, balcony/terrace, en suite bathroom
Bedroom 4: King size bed (can be made into twin beds), wardrobe, chair, TV, en suite bathroom. This bedroom does not have windows or a balcony.

Ground Level

There is an entrance door to the house serving the ground level and the upper floor bedroom.
