Ужасный "отель". Бронировал отель специально с бассейнами, крытый для ребенка, открытый для себя. До оплаты специально позвонил в отель для уточнения работы бассейнов, так как на их сайте была информация о технических работах в спа зоне и бассейнах незадолго до моих чисел пребывания в этом "отеле" - на что мне уверенно ответили "да, все будет работать, мы все успеем, смело...

Отдых испорчен еще не начавшись. Решили забронировать номера за месяц вперед. Уточнили по оплате как срочно необходимо оплачивать. Менеджер Злата сказала что можно в первых числах октября. Когда с ними связались по оплате, то менеджер Елена уже начала объяснять, что предыдущий менеджер была стажер и она напутала с номерами и одного из двух номеров уже нет. Отдыхали в Архызе в октябре 20 года, тёплый и солнечный горный городок)в котором находится жемчужина «Архыз5*»
Шикарный Отель с фантастическими номерами,из окна горы и лошади,в номере уют и тишина .Отличный спа ,шикарное питание , супер обслуживающий персонал , ооооочень внимательные официанты
Детская комната , просмотр мультиков , все продумано до мелочей

Все по классике: «Главное не быть, главное казаться!» Отделка в номере и спа выполнялась недорогими материалами и непрофессиональными руками, которые просто сами бросались в глаза. Отличный отель, удобно расположен - в самом Романтике, очень близко к лыжным трассам. Комната для хранения лыж и бордов, с отдельным входом, не надо тащить экипировку в отель и в номер.

Вся сантехника в плохом состоянии, душ протекает. Из сливов душа воняет, вытяжка не справляется. Перебои с горячей водой, может закончиться в самый неподходящий момент, о чем не предупреждают. Не рекомендую оставлять личные вещи в камере хранения т.к. сотрудники отеля воруют из сумок, а начальник охраны Андрей Петрович их покрывает говоря «ну вы же опись содержимого не делали, какие могут быть...

А можно я здесь жить останусь?))

За месяц( а то и меньше ) до этой поездки с подругой, мы с семьей и друзьями были в этом отеле...но с детьми-представление так се, ничего нормально не рассмотришь и не поймешь.
Отель от города Невинномысска( Ставропольский край) всего в 2,5 часах езды по прекрасной дороге.
Напишу уже свое впечатление именно от поездки последней.
Приехали мы с подругой в отель после обеда, срывалась поездка и...
