Здравствуйте друзья.
Пишу вкратце, и как я это видел.
Начну сразу с персонала, те кто готовит, стирает , убирает, можно целовать руки.
Все остальные и спасибо не заслуживают, все за деньги, а за ваши путевки вам все по умолчанию .
Гиды это отдельный разговор, есть два брата из солнечного Узбекистана, разводилы еще те, не платите им! Накрутят в два раза больше.
Еще есть группа в ВК ,...

Отдыхали с семьей-я,супруг и сын 5 лет.Не понимаю восторженных отзывов отдыхающих о данном отеле.Приехали в 8 утра-естественно заселения ждать до 14:00.Уставшие,не спавшие,с ребенком конечно хотели скорее в номер,Олеся с ресепшен сказала подождать и что-нибудь придумает.Спустя пару часов нам предложили заселиться в соседнюю Инсулу,т.к. номеров свободных на сегодня нет!(мой шок в шоке!!!!как...

Добрый вечер ! На данный момент отдыхаю с семьей в отели ! Первый раз в жизни я хочу домой находясь на отдыхе! На этот отель я уже смотрела 2 года , читала отзывы , смотрела обзоры , и вроде бы все достаточно то и не плохо было да и бюджетно , с учетом того что сейчас все подорожало! Но два года нам везло и мы покупали в более приличные места путевки , а в этом году рискнули .. и очень...
