Agios Nikolaos is a small settlement with a small cove on the north-eastern side of Zakynthos. Its situated 30km away from Zakynthos Town and 35km away from Dionisios Solomos International Airport.

The fine pebbles beach and the clear, deep sea are ideal for swimming and relaxing. Apart from Agios Nikolaos beach, the famous Makris Gialos beach and Xygia (sulphur) springs are also close to Emerald Villas.

There are many taverns around where you can taste fresh fish, local dishes and traditional Greek delicacies.

The small port is always full of fishing boats, yachts and excursion boats that will get you to Blue Caves and Navagio (Shipwreck) Beach. If you feel like travelling to another island, the ferry is departing daily from the port to Pessada of Kefallonia.

Askos area is 1km away from Agios Nikolaos Port. The area is well-known not just for its natural beauty but also for the Askos Stone Park.

Four stone built villas suitable for couples or families up to 4 people. Each villa has two floors, 80 sqm interior space and 185sqm exterior fenced space including a private swimming pool.

Α two storey-building (80sqm), sleeping a maximum of 4 persons. The ground floor consists of an open plan living/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with electric appliances and a full range of cooking equipment and utensils. The lounge area has tastefully decorated with wooden and cane furniture and a fireplace.

A wooden staircase leads you to the two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs.

The bathroom includes a Jacuzzi bathtub, hairdryer and toiletries.

The outside of the villa is designed to allow you maximum privacy and leisure during your holiday. There is a fenced space of 185sqm, with a private swimming pool, sun beds and umbrellas, lounge area, built BBQ, dining area and magnificent sea views over the Ionian Sea.
