    Гостиничный комплекс расположен в районе  Маракалагонис (Maracalagonis), недалеко от курорта Виллазимиус (Villasimius), на берегу чудесного песчаного пляжа. Комплекс состоит из двух основных зданий и небольших вилл, сокрытых в зелени садов и парков. В отеле 350 номеров, расположенных в двух трехэтажный и двухэтажных корпусах, есть номера для инвалидов. Все номера оборудованы ванной комнатой, кондиционером, телефоном, минибаром. Балкон - в номерах второго и третьего этажа. На первом этаже – маленький частный сад.
