We stayed at the hotel from December 11 to December 20, 2022. Arrived at the hotel at 16:40, checked in at 17:00 hours. The room was perfectly clean, cozy, neat, has everything you need (in working condition): kettle, refrigerator, air conditioning, hairdryer, safe, plenty of storage space. An iron and ironing board were provided at our request. Every day the shelf was replenished with tea, coffee, sugar, dry cream, bottled water. The room was cleaned every day, after which the room always smelled delicious. A kind and friendly young man (room service) surprised us every day with his surprises in the form of swans, elephants, hearts and so on.

On the territory of the hotel there is a mini-market where you can buy jewelry, order a bouquet of flowers, buy boat trips, order a photo shoot. Starting from the reception desk, ending with room cleaning, the staff is very friendly, the food in the restaurant is always delicious and varied, the hotel territory is planted with a variety of vegetation, always clean and well-groomed, there are many pools on the territory, a large water amusement park, there are heated pools. We were very lucky with the weather - it was very warm, there was no wind, the sun was shining brightly, the evenings were comfortable. The hotel's beach is located in the immediate vicinity, there are many places to relax, there are many sun loungers. Sports recreation is organized on the beach: volleyball, tennis, zumba, yoga ...
