We would really like to point out a guy who is working in a buffet restaurant Figoo.
He made our experience in a hotel absolutely stunning! Providing excellent customer service , care and being super proactive. We would really appreciate if you could consider him for a promotion or bonus. Figoo makes guests come back to hotel.
