Awful! Very awful behaviour by {удалено модератором}!! We were staying for 14 day and on the 12 day , during our dinner, while we were eating he came to our table and started arguing, why we werent wearing our braceletes, in a rude form he made us interrupt our dinner and leave !!! He made me go for the bracelets and didnt allow my Mom leave the hall like she was in PRISON !! He stuck her at table until she pay for the dinner wich was already PAYED!!! He shouted at me and my Mom, who has a bad health! It is not comfortable for her to wear the bracelet and we are not animals here to be obliged to!!! I offered him to go and check the info and payment but he said he didnt want to!! Is it the 5 star service?!?!! Is that the vacation I payed for??? No!!!!
