НАЧНЕМ ПО ПОРЯДКУ!! за 8 лет работы в туризме, за спиной более 1000 осмотренных отелей! Но тут всё вышло за рамки!! WI-FI НЕТ!!! Хотя заявлен, "мужчина" на ресепшене, (который единственный говорит по-русски) , имя его узнать не удалось ХАМЛО РЕДКОСТНОЕ!!! Откровенно хамил, кричал, на вопрос когда будет интернет, ответил что как тока мы съедем, и что вообще мы бронировали со скидкой и если хоть слово еще скажем вылетим на улицу.!! В туалете и душевой, грязь, смыв не то чтобы не работает, его там просто даже нет!! Полотенце одно( на двоих) , вместо 4 х. Запах канализации на весь отель. Когда я сказала на ресепшене что работаю в туризме и отправляю в Стамбул в год более 1000 человек, и что грубить мне ему абсолютно не выгодно, он ответил что ему плевать, пусть хоть вообще никто сюда не ездит, ему меньше работать! ДАЛЕЕ, мы 2 раза к нему 2 дня подряд подходили по поводу трансфера в Сабиха Гекчен аэропорт!! Заказали, он написал даже где и во сколько и сколько стоит, но когда мы в 5 утра проснулись чтобы выходить к автобусу, его еле разбудили, 15 минут стучась в дверь и он нам ответил ЧТО НИКАКОЙ ТРАНСФЕР МЫ НЕ ЗАКАЗЫВАЛИ и закрылся изнутри!!!!! в Результате чего нам пришлось ловить такси на улице, которое с нас взяло 200 $. (вмест 15 с чел, если бы воспользовались трансфером). Это 1 ый случай за мою практику, когда я пишу жалобу в министерство по туризму Турции!!!! готова обсудить более подробна с хозяином отеля. letotourarh@gmail.com
