Sheraton Sharm Hotel, Resort, Villas & Spa 5*

We stayed at this hotel in April 2015. We are stayed very happy of vacation.

The main hotel building has original architecture. All rooms are spacious and have a direct sea view. You can enjoy watching the sun rise directly from the water.

The main restaurant is made like a cruise liner. During the meal, you can also admire the views. I want to mention the good quality and large variety of food. Also in the main building are Italian, Georgian and seafood restaurants. There are restaurants and bars on the beach and near the pool.

A huge well-groomed area. A SPA is great. We love to visit the largest spa pool with warm sea water. The most important thing for us at the Sheraton is a good service and exclusively friendly staff at all levels. With any question you can ask staff at the reception and they will help you at any time. Many of the staff speak Russian. We know a lot of people from different countries who come back again and again to the Sheraton. In this hotel there is a very good program for regular guests.

Основное здание отеля имеет оригинальную архитектуру. ВСЕ комнаты просторные и имеют прямой вид на море. Вы можете получать удовольствие наблюдая восход солнца прямо из воды. Основной ресторан сделан в виде круизного лайнера. Во время еды вы также любуетесь видами.

Хочу отметить хорошее качество и большой выбор еды. Также в основном здании находятся итальянский,грузинский и рыбный рестораны. Есть рестораны и бары на пляже и у бассейнов.

Огромная ухоженная территория. Есть СПА. Мы любим посещать большой гидромассажный бассейн с теплой морской водой.

Самое главное в Шератоне для нас-это хороший сервис и исключительная доброжелательность персонала на всех уровнях. С любым вопросом вы можете обратиться на ресепшн и вам помогут в любое время суток. Многие из персонала говорят на русском языке. Мы знаем много людей из разных стран, которые приезжают в Шератон снова и снова. Очень хорошая программа для постоянных гостей.
