My name is Nikolay. I've arrived on Crete 18.06.2016 with my family, a daughter of 3 and my wife. I bought the trip long before in Feb this year. Nonsense! Now I am not allowed to live in my hotel, they claim it is fully booked. instead my touristic company Pagas offer me another hotel Dessole Blue Star, which is much worse. Hotel managers do not wish to talk to me, Pegas ignores any possibility to find a compromise. It is my 3d time on Crete and it started so awful. Think twice before going to this hotel and choosing Pegas Touristic.
