Отель, в целом, не плохой, но есть очень много неприятных моментов, которые портят отдых. При заселении обычно новеньких отправляют в самые худшие подвальные комнаты без балкона, где негде даже сушить белье, в надежде, что возмущений не будет, поэтому туристам посмелее приходится самим выбивать более комфортную комнату. Также в отеле процветает воровство, на что менеджер никак не реагирует и, кажется, даже пытается прикрывать преступников. Наша семья из России тоже с этим столкнулась, как и каждая вторая российская семья. Вещи у людей исчезали бесследно даже из номеров. Камер наблюдения в отеле мало, записи плохого качества. Мне пришлось очень долго просить менеджера показать запись с камеры наблюдения, при этом было потеряно много времени. Записи с другой камеры, где преступника, может, было бы видно лучше, он, в грубой форме, показать отказался. Я также просила контакты владельца отеля, чтобы сообщить ему о произволе, который происходит под руководством менеджера, но мне в очередной раз нагрубили. Представитель тур оператора Библиоглобус, с которым мы путешествовали впервые, никакой помощи не оказал.На нашу жалобу директору оператора ответа также не последовало. Так что перед поездкой советую тщательно выбирать оператора и в отеле глаз не спускать со своих вещей.

L'hotel en general n'est pas mauvais, mais il y a beaucoup de moments desagreables qui gachent les vacances. Lors de l'arrivee d'habitude les nouveaux arrivants sont envoyes dans les pires sous-sol des chambres sans balcon, ou nulle part, meme a secher le linge, dans l'espoir que les perturbations ne sera pas, de sorte que les touristes un peu plus audacieux devons graver plus confortable de la salle. L'hotel dispose egalement d'prosperent le vol, que le directeur ne repond pas et semble meme en train d'essayer de couvrir les criminels. Notre famille de Russie aussi, avec cette face, comme une famille russe. Des choses que les gens disparaissaient sans laisser de trace meme de l'etage. Les cameras de surveillance de l'hotel un peu, l'enregistrement est de mauvaise qualite. J'ai du tres longtemps de demander au chef de l'enregistrement avec la camera de surveillance, on a perdu beaucoup de temps. Un enregistrement avec un autre appareil photo, ou l'auteur, il serait peut etre vu mieux, il est dans un piteux etat, voir refuse. J'ai egalement demande a la proprietaire de l'hotel, pour lui signaler le hesitants, qui se produit sous la direction du gestionnaire, mais le gestionnaire de moi brutalement refuse.
