Должны были прилететь 18.04 в этот отель, но в связи с дождями рейс отменили. Вернуть деньги за тур отель отказался, поэтому пришлось сдвинуть даты и лететь на 2 дня позже. Пытались вернуть деньги хотя бы за 2 дня - отказано, договориться перенести пропущенные дни на обеды - отказано, продлить дни отдыха - отказано. Единственное, что смог предложить нам отель тарелку фруктов и приветственную открытку. Клиентоориентированности у отеля 0.

Непонятно почему туроператоры по таким условиям работают с этим отелем.
