The quality of service I received from this hotel although...
The quality of service I received from this hotel although it's my first visit was not up to a 5 star hotel!! No understanding to the nature of complain from the stuff! Poor English speakers, attitude of front disk stuff not up to expectation!! It was my first visit and last for sure! I've been in 4 star hotels in Istanbul and their service was much better than this hotel! Not to mention the poor breakfast that has very few dishes!
