From the very beginning, upon check-in, we met the highest standards of hospitality from Mr. Mostafa Hamdy and Mr. Baha El Dien. ALL our requests were done very fast and in the best way (even beyond the expectations)! During our stay the reception staff was extremely helpful and kind, smiling and acting professionally.

Our room was the place where it had been a pleasure for us to come back every day after being on the beach or using hotel water facilities. Clean, tidy, comfortable, with a fruit basket, with flowers and figures from towels... We were feeling ourselves really like at home. THANK YOU, our room attendant Mr. Mohamed Saad!!!

In Soprano restaurant the food was yummy and delicious. As well as in Millenium and Moroccan restaurants. Thank you, guys, for the work you do!

Mr. Belal Yosr, your smile and willingness to help are incredible! Chocolate, strawberry, vanilla ice-creams from your hands are so tasty!)

Mr. Ali Hassan, your pancakes with banana are great!!!! Shukran, Mudir!)

Mr. Omar ABD Elbabey and Mr. Mahmud Zaalol from Lobby bar, you are both masters of coffee-making, cocktails preparing, joking while the guests are chilling and watching football matches.
