Dear Client ,
it seems to us that you made up this story trying to get compensation for your vacation which it will not work since it is simply any client has such issue or complaint during the stay with the hotel , client will report immediately to his company via the tour leader of the company who is available in the hotel reception in daily basis and if your story was true you would reported immediately to tour leader and since your story is not true and you just made it up after you left from the hotel and you never reported to your company during the stay .
May be you though !! that because you got some free things upon your request from hotel Management as courtesy free of charge such as extra internet to help you to finish your work as you stated that you can get the whole vacation for free .
for such serious issues no client will wait until go back home to complaint ,we have respectful Management and we have more than 300 guests singles and families (single women )and we never had such story and in the past history of the hotel we never had such issues at all and the hotel will take the necessary action against spoiling the reputation of the hotel Management .
for your info we have many regular guests from Belarus singles and couples and all are happy staying with us .
