COVID-19 is NOT the source of your INCOME!!!!!
The world is currently united in a shared struggle against COVID-19 and while our eyes are firmly focused on how to avoid or treat COVID-19, some unscrupulous hotels like HOTEL BOLOGNA AIRPORT are totally focused ONLY on their own INCOME and BENEFIT!!!
We booked this hotel in February 2020! check-in 16/03/2020 and check-out 19/03/2020
We all know that Italy has been officially closed since 9th of March!!!
But the stuff of this hotel was very inflexible and refused to return money!
"You have the non-refundable reservation"- there was only the answer!
Moreover the Hotel even refused to freeze the money as a deposit!!! it is too late they said....
Honesty is the best policy but not for HOTEL BOLOGNA AIRPORT stuff...
