Tryp Cayo Coco 4*

As per Cuba ministry of health everyone arriving here must go through PCR Covid test and for around one day wait for result in their resorts. During this day they are on their resorts wearing masks, going there and there, taking meals with everybody there and using all the facilities of their hotels. They are neither isolated nor they are having any separate place for meals and entertainment.

So that in case of Real positive Covid test if they came really infected chance of spreading desease ro other people and hotel staff is great. But in reality nothing like this is happening.

But what Cuba is doing is really strange.

They choose 3-4% people of each flight from Russia, draw (i can not find another word, because tourists are having Negative tests from Russia made just before their travel) them Positive (+) in their results and then machine starts to work - Positive and people in contact are taken away from resorts to hotel Sol Cayo Coco which is currently converted into hospital and undergo treatment.

Just to make it clear, all those people with mark + are having no any simptoms of Covid, they are healthy and in a good shape as everyone else.

Cuba is not hiding, that from every such person they are getting quite a lot of money.

But such unfair donation is against humanity, besides it is separating families.

It is very well known fact that kids up to 10 y.o. are almost not affected by Covid worldwide. But in Cuba small children are getting positive very simply.

Currently there are few families with small kids at Sol Cayo Coco whose parents were obviously forced to follow their child. They can not leave them alone there, as some are 5 yers old only.

Also it is hard to obtain permission to go there with a kid as doctors are not allowing,, but after lot of attempts explaining that it is not fair they accept. However previously Cuba declared that in such cases families would not be separated.

Some people who were taken to Sol Cayo Coco simply are not having any connection with their families and they do not know how long they will be staying there.

Moreover everybody who are currently at Sol Cayo Coco are not getting sufficient food and drinks on time. They are closed in their rooms with guards with a very limited access to small terrace. Doors are opened only after strong knocking which means - Food, doctor visit, etc., and it is scaring people and children. Some still doesn't know what is happening as nobody is translating to them to a known language.

If whole hotel is Converted to hospital, why not to allow them to walk over there, use swimming pool at least, make a separate access to beachband ocean. All above looks like prison for which people paid a lot of their money and passed tests before travelling with negative results.

Our community of indifferent people tried their best, contacted a lot of representatives and mass media as well. We succeeded in removing them from military hospital to Sol Cayo Coco where first group of tourist was staying in a enormous conditions.

I am in contact with canadian tourists currently on vacation on Cuba and they are not having something like this. Noone are taken away for Magic treatment. Everyone us enjoying vacation. They are shocked how Cuba is behaving with Russian tourists.

We are asking you to assist from your side and have a look into this situation.

People and children are suffering. They are healthy, in a good shape, they have negative tests from Russia, they want to enjoy their vacation and have some sun as everyone else.

I know that all together we can solve this nonsense situation.

So far, it looks like that Cuba opened boarders in order to get some unfair, extra money in its budget.
