The worst holidays ever. Ужасный отдых
Hello everyone. I'll double my review in Russian and every language that I possess cause my countrymen are used to better service for sure. Especially for THIS AMOUNT OF MONEY (!) My room number is 3506, I AM NOT A BOT I AM A REAL DISSAPONTED PERSON whatever. I'm still here and I have a lot to say.
So, let's start.
I've tried to stop myself from negative reviews... After my friends' stomaсhaces, after disgusting food, after mosquitoes that can really " kill" you and your children, after all this service which does not exist here... After all my 30 - years travelling throughout the world..when I have never written any bad rewies cause I've used to be a happy tourist... Well, the time has come. Really come. Yeah, readers, after all the perfect reviews you've read... Listen to the true story... You'll Be amazed

The fital point was the fact when I came to the room after disgusting lunch and found my room exactly the same like 8 days ago when I just came to the hotel and split my shampagne from "duty free" on my bed-table... And I've felt like splitting not just shalmagne here.
Let's start with the food. I get it- that I'm from the country where the good food mattes, but I've travelled a lot, and I can compare. So, in short the food is disgusting. Awful. No choice, no taste, no service in restaurants.. I'll remind about the money that I've paid and about the posh picture that their site shows you. Don't be trapped, mates!
So, you've understood, that you'll have to go to the nearest Macdonald's to have done lucch, cause after 2/3 days you'll be shocked with food.. Ohhh
As for the service. Have you ever experienced it? Well, if you have, forget about it here. Unfortunately, no service at all. No good cleaning, no even ordinary convenience such ass glass cups or.. Well.. Just clean rooms or clean... anything. So, the word "clean *is not for this hofle9 at all.
You may have you vision of the better world in the next hotel" Charmeilon club"... Yeah, we have had the same illusion. We have just spent 140 dollars to have an entrance(!) to the hotel's canteen (!) to have some better food there... Well, we had to understand that we just were TRICKED by the reception!! The reception clerks literally assigned our money for nothing. Without any receipt(!!) . The food in that restaurant was the same (!). No choice, no taste.
Alcohol. Alcohol... OMG, really?? Do you know how dowa the alcohol taste? When our citizen Mendeleev discovered the spirits and the vodka, it was the greatest discovery in the world... But this hotel does not know about that yet... As well as about the wine, shapagne, tequila, whiskey, beer... We had to go to the nearest shop (25 mins by car) to buy some wine, cause spirits here are only to make your sobber.. Forever. And the hardest past that the sobber people can drink here only water cause only water has the taste of something natural. Our children we starved. We were too, but we discovered Macdonald's nearby, thanks God!!
The next point is the mosquitos. Can you do anything with them!?? It's impossible to go out. When evening comes, it's impossible to leave you rooms. All our children are bitten and unhappy.
Servise. No service at all. Not in the restaurants( it's impossible to get any drinks : the waiters just take orders, but NEVER GET YOU WHAT YOU'VE ASKED!! FOR 7 DAYS, They 've never taken our drinks!!!!
Dirtiness is everywhere
I can go on with my complaints over and over again. No Wifi, no internet at all(we had to buy Sim cards) no popular Egyptian service at all, no food, no warming pools in April (they were freezing till the 8th of April when the weather got hot) Dirtiness and despair
Just the large territory and the claim foe overindulgence..
