Kaya Palazzo Golf Resort 5*

People who are complaining about this hotel or old grumpy or impolite and not very educated!

The service is great, if some people so lazy to wave their hand to waiter to ask for something, I think it’s not a problem of a waiter!

My husband and I never had to wait for drinks. Plus if you see that no waiter around during busy hours, stand up and take juice yourself.

We travel to Turkey every summer, stay in good luxury hotels in Belek, I have to admit that Kaya Palazzo is one of the best!

1. Reception guys are very nice and polite; all know at least 3 languages: English, Turkish and Russian.

2. One on the only things that I regretted that I don’t drink now ))). Cause when we arrived in our room we had lovely bottle of Montepulciano. On the next day they brought us a bottle of Chivas.

3. Housekeeping was surprising every day with different “towel sculptures” on our bed

4. Animation team was pretty fun as well. There was this guy Slava with who we spent the most of the time he is really funny. If want to meet him, go play bocha twice a day, I bet you’ll enjoy it.

5. On vacations I am not extremely eco friendly, so I loved that they change towels twice a day at the same time have recycle bins.

6. Last but not least – Beautiful rooms, we had huge sea view room on a 5th floor!
