    Санаторий расположен в живописной околице юго-восточной части курорта, по соседству с водохранилищем и лесным массивом. В санатории: девятиэтажный спальный корпус на 500 мест, соединенный переходами с клубом, столовой, лечебным корпусом, плавательным бассейном и спортзалом. Рекреационные свойства санатория обогащает большой зимний сад — фойе возле киноконцертного и танцевального залов и столовой с баром. В киноконцертном зале демонстрируются кино-видеофильмы, проводятся концерты, организованные силами вокально-инструментального ансамбля "Краски Карпат", которому присвоено звание народного, выступают мастера эстрады.
