Our rooms are regularly inspected and maintained to the highest hygiene standards, and we have not had any verified cases of pests such as bedbugs. Cleanliness and freshness are a priority for us, and our housekeeping team is committed to ensuring your room is spotless and welcoming.

Regarding construction, the ongoing works in the surrounding area is not affiliated to us and does not in any way affect our guests.

Concerning our new expansive beachline, the breakwater and beach enhancement project has significantly improved the shoreline, and our beach is safe, clean, and accessible to our guests. Our team also conducts beach cleaning to maintain a pristine environment for swimming and relaxation.

We are pleased to confirm that the sea is clean and safe for swimming, and our beach is well maintained for your enjoyment. The nearby construction belongs to a separate development project, which is now nearing completion and does not affect our beach, facilities, or guest experience.

For visiting Dubai Mall, the most convenient option is by private transfer or taxi, which takes approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes. We also arrange scheduled shuttle services to Dubai by prior reservation.

Regarding sightseeing tours of Dubai, prices vary depending on the program and inclusions via different providers. On average, a half-day city tour starts from around AED 150 -200 per person, while more extensive full-day tours may range between AED 250350 per person. Our concierge team will be happy to assist you with detailed options and reservations.

Construction near the hotel: The construction is part of a separate development project and is scheduled to be completed soon. It does not affect our beach, facilities, or guest experience, and there is no noise or disturbance within the hotel.

Fuel oil / sea conditions: We are pleased to confirm that there is no fuel oil in the bay. The beach and sea are clean and safe for swimming.

Extra bed: For 2 adults + 1 child below 14 years can share parents room existing bedding free of charge on any meal plan booked. If you need an extra bed, it can be arranged in the room (chargeable). Please notify us in advance so we can ensure it is prepared for your arrival.

Soft All-Inclusive package: The Soft All-Inclusive plan includes: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner at our main restaurant. Selected soft beverages (juices, soda, water) throughout the day. Tea and instant coffee in the room. Daily replenishment of bottled water

Please note that we are an all-dry property, alcohol is not sold at our hotel or Sharjah emirate. Premium snacks are not included in the Soft All-Inclusive plan.

Прям очень рядом. Часть пляжа отгорожена. Мутное возможно из-за экскаваторов. На видео видно

По поводу кровати не знаю. У меня уже 16 лет. Вы напишите прямо в отель. Они отвечают.
Меню детского нет. Хлопья,молоко,картошка,рыбу можно ещё.
Пепси только у бассейна. Рядом с отелем есть заправка и там магазинчик( всё как у нас). Вот там соки,пепси,дет.питание,бутылочки,игрушки ,круги,мячи и всякая нужная ерунда и достаточно дешево.
Бара в отеле нет,точнее он платный.
И всё как- то плохо с кофе и чаем. Это все уже заварено и в чайниках. О кофемашинах речи нет.

У нас было всё включено. Депозит не брали. В Дубаи ездили от туроператора на индивидуальном трансфере. Это 150 км. Он нас там ждал в аквапарке и ещё завёз в дубаймолл. Примерно 15000 в рублях. Можно по QR коду.
Пляж свой и лежаков много. Свободные есть всегда. Полотенца выдают. Всё ОК. Нам всё понравилось.

Депозита нет. Если только в баре что-то возьмёте за доп.плату, так никаких платежей. Справа заправка с магазином( прямо на заправке) ,вечерком дойдите. Там все есть. Напротив KFC.

Ничего нет.

Мы в марте прилетели. По этому не дам точного ответа.
