Hello! I'm glad to inform you, that this time i'll stay in your hotel for the 10th time for the last 5 years. Till the 2012 my surname was Gazenkampf, and I always stayed with my mother - Sirafimova Svetlana. In 2012 I stayed with my son. I have two questions:
1) Are reconstruction works of pools in Old Sea Gull finished? Because we always stay in rooms with a pool view.
2) Are there any benefits for regular guests in your hotel?
We'll stay in your hotel from 24/04 for 15 days, Neva travel agency, St. Petesburg, 2 adults + a child of 2,5 years.
Last time we were in your hotel in april - may 2012, and as a bonus we got a family room instead of standard (№257), we were surprised.

Hello! My name is Natalia Kolesnikova. We're arriving to your wonderful hotel 30/03 for 10 nights. We'll celebrate my birthday there. There are 5 adults and 1 child with us. I'm worring about our accomodation. I would like to get a two bedroom room for me, my husband (Oleg Dubovoj) and my mother (Lyubov Kolesnikova), and also for Viktoria Zimina. And the other room for my sister Olesya Zimina and Igor Rudakov. The most important for rooms is to be not at the ground and not at the highest floor (if there is no elevator), because my mum have difficulties with climbing up the stairs. I've been in your hotel for two times already: from 14/04/2012 till 25/04/2012 and from 15/09/2012 till 23/09/2012. I stayed in Sea Gull Premium, but ate and went to the beach in the new Sea Gull. Everything was great! This time I will stay in Sea Gull Resort from 15 till 30 of April. I would like to live in new Sea Gull building. Am I a regular guest?
