- the style and comfort of the hotel have declined: rooms need renovation
- the new reception is not functional or cozy. the old lobby bar with elegant
- comfortable furniture was replaced by something much less pleasant. the photo studio (stella_sharmphotography) was a disappointment — poor photo quality
- no retouching
- and unprofessional attitude. i don’t expect compensation — i just hope management restores the charm and comfort that once made this hotel so special. the people who work here are still its greatest treasure.
