Conditions for participation in the Loyalty Program:

1. You must have a valid profile on Tophotels;

2. You must have a subscription to the Charmillion Club Aqua Park page on Tophotels;

3. You must have a mark of visiting the hotel;

4. You must have a correct review of your past stay at our hotel (if you have already visited us) or the review must be written before you leave the hotel and comply with the rules for posting a review;

5. An application for participation in the program must be sent to the hotel through Tophotels (to check compliance with all points);

6. Guest Relation will always come to the rescue if you have difficulties.
