Я вчера днем купила тур в Ваш отель с 03 августа на 13 ночей , 3взр.+реб. 5лет в STANDARD ROOM, вчера вечером цена значительно упала, и за эти деньги сейчас как минимум можно было бы забронировать STANDARD SIDE SEA VIEW ROOM. Сказать что я просто расстроилась это ничего не сказать, я пол ночи не спала. Я много слышала и читала о лояльности и отзывчивости представителей Вашего отеля, о стремлении всегда помочь и откликнуться на просьбы, в связи с этим можно попросить Вас по приезду в отель выделить нам STANDARD SIDE SEA VIEW ROOM, это так успокоит и скрасит ожидание поездки. Я знаю, что Вы если захотите можете пойти на встречу. Заранее благодарна за понимание. Спасибо.

Мы всей семьей собираемся снова (уже в третий раз) посетить ваш замечательный отель. До этого два раз до приезда я общался с Дарьей и она очень помогла с бронью номера. Сейчас, как я знаю, ее уже нет в отеле, но надеюсь вы мне сможете помочь и без нее. Мы были в вашем отеле 2 раза и оба раза останавливались в номере 7116. Мой сын был просто в восторге когда из номера мог выбегать прямо в детский бассейн. Огромная просьба забронировать этот или другой такой же номер в 7-м корпусе на первом этаже с выходом на детский бассейн с горками. Заранее большое спасибо! Тур выписан на:
