Отдыхала с мамой в данном отеле в октябре 2025 года. Приехали мы в отель в 7-8 часов вечера, заселили быстро, пока заполняли анкету, милая официантка из лобби бара принесла нам напитки. Менеджер говорил на английском, но предварительно узнал, понимаю ли я) В целом весь персонал в отеле говорил на английском, но моих базовых навыков для решения вопросов хватало, поэтому трудностей не возникло....
