Wasted Money and Time – Very Disappointing Stay! My name is Dauren, and I stayed at this hotel with my family. Honestly, it was a big disappointment from the very first days. • The pool areas are dirty, and the sunbeds are sticky and unpleasant. Guests are allowed to eat ice cream and drink directly in the pool. I personally saw leftovers of food and drinks ending up in the water. On top of that, there are a lot of hairs floating in the pool because people swim with long hair untied. Disgusting! • Lifeguards and staff do absolutely nothing. Nobody cares about hygiene or order around the pool. Even after I sent a message to the hotel WhatsApp number with complaints, nothing changed. • The children’s entertainment is a joke – the mini disco is awful, the kids’ club and playground are in very poor condition. • In the room, towels do not smell fresh, as if they were not washed properly. On the fourth day, the toilet started leaking and the smell of sewage appeared. The furniture and bathroom are very old and badly need renovation. Overall, this hotel is nowhere near a 5-star standard. My family’s vacation was ruined, and I regret the money and time wasted here. I will definitely NOT recommend this hotel to anyone, and I will share photos and videos to show the real situation. Stay away from this place if you want a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable holiday.
