Menager SELCUK мучил нас с 5 часов утра не давал номер до 13:00 немцев заселяли сразу в номера утром
Dear Guest, Thank you for your online feedback and we regret your negative experience at our hotel. Please note that check-in time is 2:00 PM. If you expected your room upon arrival at 5:00 AM, you should have booked an extra night. Check-out is at 12:00 PM, after which the rooms are cleaned. Your statement that German guests are given preferential treatment is absolutely untrue. We welcome all guests, regardless of nationality. Здравствуйте собираемся к вам отель отдыхать с 28 октября по 8 ноября. Подскажите пожалуйста, все ли будет работать например детский клуб, аля ресторан, мороженое детям , анимация и горки водные? просто знаю по практике многие отели потихоньку сокращают свою концепцию к концу сезона.
Hello, the miniclub and the children animation is still working. The A la Carte restaurant will be closed on the 15th of October. Ice cream we still provide and the slides are working according to the weather conditions. |
